Our MassHealth Certified Application Counselors (CACs) can: 

  • Provide information about health care coverage options and programs offered by MassHealth and the Health Connector. 

  • Help you complete and submit applications or renewals. 

  • Work with you to provide required documentation when applying for or renewing coverage. 

  • Interact with MassHealth and the Health Connector on the status of your applications and renewals. 

  • Help you enroll in health and dental insurance plans.
